Lauren Howard Hayes was born in Orange County, CA. She graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor's Degree in Theater. Upon moving to Los Angeles, she pursued her acting studies with Lesly Kahn & Co., Second City and UCB. She continues her training with Michael Woolson Acting Studio and the Groundlings.
