Jennifer Mulligan is a screenwriter, story editor and creative producer from the Ottawa area. She's been actively pursuing screenwriting since 2005, and founded the screenwriting group, The Writers Room Ottawa, in January 2011 to help foster the art, business and craft of screenwriting for Ottawa indie productions.
