Joel Caetano is director, screenwriter and film actor since 2001. He has directed several short films were selected from hundreds of festivals around the world as "Cat" which won the award for Best Short Film Latin-American at Montevideo Fantastic 2010 and "Encosto "beyond that three awards, was selected in over 70 festivals in 20 countries.
