Fred Terling, a former US Marine and presidential guard, has an extensive background in budgeting, sales, marketing and fund-raising. Throughout the 1990s, he worked for technology companies in channels and product marketing. In the early 2000s, he started an independent marketing company, Banished Rascals, with his wife Lori.
