Mac Capen was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts. He moved out to Los Angeles, California when he was two because his father, Donald Capen, got a job working at the Disney Corporation. From there, Mac Capen further honed his creative skill by writing stories, gathering connections, and dabbling in video game design.
