Rosa Maria Paz was born in Villingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, to Spanish musician parents. In the first two decades of her life, Rosa Maria Paz attained Dance Art courses at the School of Dance in Donaueschingen, Germany, (from 1989 to 1994), and was the head of a Show Dance Group.
