Noel S.V. Omega，Noel S. V. Omega is the charter co-founder of the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles and is the founder/principal consultant of Omega Quadrant. Noel studied Electronics and Computer Engineering at Cal State L.A. and later switched to Computer Systems and Programming at the ComputerLearningCenter in Los Angeles.
