Shawn McAninch is an actor who was born in Des Moines, Iowa. Due to his father's work, the family moved to Romeo, Michigan for seven years before returning to Des Moines where he graduated from its East High School. He went on to study music at Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. After college, Shawn wanted to see some of the world.
