Catherine Dickson，Catherine grew up in Mount Prospect, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Her parents are Rita Louise Nielsen & Paul Wilhelm Meinhardt. Catherine attended Prospect High School where she competed on the gymnastics team all four years as a varsity all-around gymnast.
