Richard Bills，Richard was born in Germany in 2000 while his dad was stationed there serving the the U.S. military. After moving back to the U.S., he lived in Missouri and then Louisiana, which is where he got his start in theater. He comes from a very musical family that loves the theater. Both of his parents play an instrument, as does his older sister.
