Cody Glive was born in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. In his early teens he relocated with his father to Louisbourg, Nova Scotia, Canada followed by Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. Because of Louisbourg's isolated location; he spent many days and nights watching movies. He developed an eye for cinema and movie knowledge.
