Oliver Rouch，Oliver Zane Rouch was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 13, 1993. He was raised in Grandview Heights, Ohio where he attended Grandview Heights High School. While attending Grandview Heights High School he became an an All-Ohio football player in addition to becoming an All-District basketball and baseball player.
