Shizuka Kamei was born in November 1, 1936, and he is a Japanese politician of Japan, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Shobara, Hiroshima, and graduate of University of Tokyo(economics), he was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1979.
