Scott Charles Jr. was born on September 25th, 1990 in Utica, New York. He is of Irish, French & Welsh decent. Scott began creating small plays, making movies, & performing songs for his family at a very young age. After graduating from Thomas R. Proctor High School in 2008, Scott contemplated going to school for film directing.
