Elias Jo'el Feliciano, was born in Houston, TX and has a Honduran/Puerto Rican lineage. He lived in Texas till he was 3 months old and has lived in Central Florida ever since. Elias is new to the acting world and caught the bug when studying Stage Craft his Sophomore Year in High School.
