Michael DeVita was born in Boston, Massachusetts. At the age of 11 he moved to the Washington, DC area. He is a director and writer, known for One Penny (2016). He and David A. Melendez own and operate StonePark Productions - a film company and StonePark Studios - a visual effects division both located in the Washington, DC area.
