Randa Wise was Born Miranda Wise on May 15, 1965 in Washington, DC, where she was raised and graduated from Ballou High School. After graduating, she took a few secretarial classes and worked as a clerical supervisor for a publishing company for years before becoming a 9-1-1 operator in Northern Virginia.
