Avi Harkishun was born on 6th October 1988 in Berbice, Guyana. Born to Rudy Harkishun (b. 1963) and Sunita Ramprasad (b. 1967. Sir name changed to Harkishun after she got married). Avi was born into a working middle class family. He is the eldest of three siblings, a younger brother Kheshen (b. 1995) and sister Shivanie (b. 2002).
