Conan Altatis was born in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines, on May 2, 1993. He is the youngest of four children. His father, Cornelio Altatis Sr., was from Bunga, Tadian, Mountain Province, while his mother, Concepcion Pucate Altatis, was from Balaoa, Tadian, Mountain Province. Conan belongs to the Igorot tribe.
