Rosendo 'Ross' DeLeon，Rosendo "Ross" DeLeon was born in Lamesa, Texas in 1952. He grew up in Brownfield, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University. In 1982 he received a BA degree in Literature from University of Texas-Permian Basin. He taught speech and theatre arts from 1982-2011. He retired after teaching 29 years in the public schools.
