Victoria Blackmon was born in Mobile, Alabama on February 23, 1994. She is an American actress pursuing a Bachelor`s in Fine Arts at the University of South Alabama. "Tori" found her talent in the arts at an early age, auditioning for local community theater throughout grade school.
