Bridget Stahl was born in Newark, New Jersey. Her parents are both natives of Lima, Peru but moved to the United States upon their marriage in 1978. She is of Peruvian, Italian, Spanish, and German descent. Bridget is a middle child with an older sister and a younger brother.
