Lauren Norman was born in Maryland and raised in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Her mother, born in England, is a school guidance counselor and her father works in software sales. Her first experience in the theater was when she insisted on performing Hamlet`s "Alas, poor Yorick" speech in 4th grade.
