Keith Sicat，Sicat is an independent filmmaker from the Philippines. He began his creative life focusing on the mediums of painting and photography before falling in love with cinema. His artworks have been exhibited in numerous group shows, including the Smithsonian Institute, and solo exhibits in the Washington, DC area and in the Philippines.
