Melvin Harris was born in 1930 in Monmouthshire, Wales. He is known for his work on World of Strange Powers (1985), Vinland: Viking Map or Million-Dollar Hoax? (2004) and The Secret Identity of Jack the Ripper (1988). He died in 2004 in Glamorgan, Wales.
