Jamie Henkin is originally from Chicago and grew up in San Diego. She was first bitten by the acting bug when her mother enrolled her in Junior Theater in 8th grade. After that, she was hooked! Jamie got her degree in theater, and moved back to Chicago. She spent several years in the Windy City building her resume in theater and film.
