Fred Fairclough was born on November 19, 1896 in Ince-in-Makerfield, Lancashire, England as Frederick Charles Fairclough. He was an actor, known for A Job for the Boy (1957), A Ride on the Donkeys (1959) and A Tale of Two Cities (1957). He died on June 19, 1960 in Colwyn Bay, Wales.
