Himalaya，Himalay was born in the Sindhi-speaking Dassani family. He shot into fame after getting married to Bollywood mega-star and his childhood sweetheart, Bhagyashree Patwardhan. She quit acting after the marriage, and the couple became parents of two children, a boy and a girl.
