Alix Hayden was born in 1975 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. With a love of dramatics from an early age, Hayden participated in live theater, film and video throughout school and university. She was cast in 1987 as Alison in Puttnam's Prairie Emporium, a children's television series produced in Regina.
