Kevin Zaideman was born in Louisiana and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. Zaideman attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he pursued a BFA in Acting before graduating with a degree in Communication and a minor in Business. After college, Zaideman began training in Chicago at The Second City and the Piven Theatre.
