Carrie Salter，Carrie Nicole Salter was born on January 12, 1993 in Los Angeles, California. In 1997 her family relocated to Virginia Beach, Virginia where she began dancing and acting at the age of 4. Right away she fell in love with dance and continued taking tap and ballet classes.
