Akilah Perry has been entertaining audiences at every turn through stage, film and dance performances. Born in Chicago, her first taste of stage life was as an apprentice artist with Gallery 37 for four seasons. Ms. Perry went on to participate with many other theaters including Lookingglass Theater Company in Chicago.
