Monty Eich，Born in Las Vegas, NV to an Air Force NCO and his high school sweetheart, Monty Eich was raised primarily in Bellevue, NE. Monty began doing improv comedy professionally at the age of 16 with a group called "Teen Improv." He performed with that group till he left to attend Hastings College in Hastings, NE.
