Sean Esterline，Sean was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1972, to Helen and David Esterline. Sean was primarily raised just northeast of Fort Wayne, near a small town named Leo, Indiana. Both of his parents were public school teachers, but Sean attended parochial schools for his entire education.
