Josh Mayes，Raised in Detroit, Michigan, Josh graduated from The Academy in 2007, after which he accepted an invitation to join the Academy Company for its 2007-2008 season. In 2010 he co-founded the production company Plastic Tree Pictures with his sister and producing partner, Megan Mayes.
