Tom Lucein was born on the 3rd of March in Denville, New Jersey. His Mother, Carmela is Italian and a disabled rights activist. His father Tom sells heating and cooling equipment. Young Tom found theater at a very young age and it became his driving force after being confronted with the opportunity during a mandatory elementary school play.
