Reba Fox was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Earl Fox, a college history instructor, and Kelly Fox, a high school English teacher. She has one older brother, Vance, who attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a younger sister, Edna Mae, who dreams of being in the military.
