Teddy Cecil is a filmmaker who was born in Manhattan, NY and raised in Mamaroneck, NY. He studied both Cinema Studies and Film Production at New York University before moving to Los Angeles in 2009. He works for Shadow Council Productions, which he co-founded in 2011. Teddy is known for his short film Helio (2015).
