Erin Gooden，Katherine Erin Godden was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta Canada. She first fell in love with horror movies while staying up late and watching "Death Becomes Her" with her Father. This inspired her to begin reading juvenile horror fiction and her descent into the horror sections at local video stores.
