丽莎·史诺顿，Lisa Snowdon was born in 1971 in Welwyn Garden City, England. The eldest of three sisters, she moved to London where she worked briefly as a waitress. A graduate of the Italia Conti School of Performing Arts, Lisa was spotted by a model agency at age 19 while in a London nightclub.
