Kattia Ortiz was born in Los Angeles, California. Raised in Boyle Heights/ East L.A. She was scouted by a talent scout looking for new faces and booked her on "Moesha". From there her confidence,personality and drive landed her numerous commercials and a recurring role on the funny TV series "Scrubs".
