Jim Lindberg，James William Lindberg was born July 26th, 1965 in Hermosa Beach, California. He started the California punk band Pennywise in 1988 along with band mates Fletcher Dragge on guitar, Jason Thirsk (died in 1996) who plays bass and Byron McMackin who plays drums. His band mates were at Mira Costa High School, where he attended.
