Alex Thomason，Alex was born and raised on an apple farm in Brewster, Washington. After leaving a career as a nationally ranked skier, Alex studied archaeology at Jerusalem University and completed degrees in Theology and Latin at Seattle Pacific University, where he won an award for his weekly editorial column in the college paper. In 2000, Alex moved to D.C.
