劳拉·海斯勒，Laura Heisler was born in the suburbs of Chicago, and raised outside Washington DC. She made her film debut in the short film Wrist (2000), and since then has appeared in Coverage (2008) as well as the independent features Coach (2009), Cold Souls (2009), Forged (2010), and YellowBrickRoad (2010), which had its premiere at Slamdance.
