史蒂夫·希钦，Steven Hitchen was born 28th November 1976 in Salford, England. He is the Head of Recruitment for Tottenham Hotspur. A former defender, he played for Blackburn Rovers and Macclesfield Town before becoming a football talent scout. Steven's career at Tottenham Hotspur began as a part-time European scout and he reportedly played a part in the signings of Luka Modric and Benoit Assou-Ekotto. Hitchen joined Liverpool in 2010, teaming up with former Tottenham Hotspur director of football, Damien Comolli. During his time at Liverpool the team signed Luis Suárez. He then moved to Queens Park Rangers as head of European scouting, and in 2016 he became joint director of recruitment at Derby County. Steven came back to Tottenham Hotspur in February, 2017 and within his first year he had helped sign Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain and Davinson Sanchez from Ajax.
