Ambrose Coghill was born in 1903 in Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland as Joscelyn Ambrose Craven Coghill. He was an actor, known for The Charge of the Light Brigade (1968), Doctor Faustus (1967) and The Stalls of Barchester (1971). He died on June 6, 1983 in Aberlour, Moray, Scotland.
