Joseph Burke，Songwriter ("Tip Toe Through the Tulips", "Moon Over Miami", "Rambling Rose"), actor, composer and pianist, educated at the University of Pennsylvania. He then joined the staff of a New York publishing firm, and in 1929 he went to Hollywood.
