Stella Kemball was born on April 28, 1926 in Richmond, Surrey, England as Stella Elaine Wilkins. She was an actress, known for It Happened Here (1965), Richard's Things (1980) and Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush (1968). She died on November 24, 2001 in Richmond.
