Rebecca Chulew was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 1977. Shortly after her birth, her parents moved to Corpus Christi, Texas. Her parents owned a chain of furniture stores and Rebecca learned how to act by appearing in their television commercials. The commercials were later featured on The Onion A.V.
