Jules Bruff is an American actress and filmmaker born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and raised in the hills of Oakland, CA. She earned a BFA in Acting at the University of Colorado where she was awarded the Best Actress Scholarship. Upon graduation she was cast as the lead in the feature film Virginia.
